Agency Member Guidelines

Introduction

Welcome to Break The Chains Media LTD. These guidelines ("Guidelines") govern your participation as a member of our agency on TikTok. By becoming a member, you agree to comply with these guidelines and TikTok's community guidelines, which can be found here.

Eligibility

To join our agency, you must meet TikTok's requirements for being a creator and be at least 18 years old. By joining, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria and agree to follow TikTok's community guidelines for live broadcasts and other content.

Account Responsibilities

As a member of our agency, you are responsible for the security of your TikTok account. You agree to adhere to all TikTok community guidelines and agency policies. All activities under your account are your responsibility, and you must report any breaches of security to us immediately.

Acceptable Use

As a member of our agency, you agree to use your TikTok account and live streams in a manner that is respectful and compliant with TikTok's community guidelines. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Impersonating others or promoting false information
• Posting harmful or inappropriate content
• Violating TikTok’s rules on live streaming or video content
• Engaging in disruptive or abusive behavior toward viewers or other creators

Conduct During Live Streams

When streaming live on TikTok as a member of our agency, you must adhere to the following conduct guidelines:

• Maintain respectful interactions with viewers and other creators.
• Avoid any content that could be deemed offensive, discriminatory, or harmful.
• Do not engage in any form of harassment, hate speech, or bullying.
• Ensure all live content follows TikTok’s rules for live broadcasts and community safety.

Payments

Any compensation for agency services will be provided in accordance with prior agreements. Payments are subject to change and will be communicated to members in advance. Failure to adhere to the agency's guidelines or TikTok's rules may result in the suspension of payments.

Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership in the agency at any time, without notice, if you violate these guidelines or TikTok’s community guidelines. Such violations may include but are not limited to inappropriate conduct, failure to comply with agency rules, or harmful behavior during live streams.

Our agency services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that participation in the agency will result in monetization, success, or increased viewership. Members are responsible for adhering to TikTok’s community guidelines and their own conduct.
